instructions to presenters
Here you find information for poster presenters at the NPD 2025. The poster session takes place on Wednesday May 20.
Poster format
Poster screens can accommodate posters with a maximum width of 85 cm. All posters should be displayed in portrait orientation (vertical format).
Each presenter is kindly asked to print and bring their own poster.
Recommended sizes include A0 paper size (84.1 × 118.9 cm) or smaller formats such as A1 paper size.
Information for the poster session
Upon Registration
Please check your poster number and the room where you will present your poster. This information will also be displayed outside the three poster presentation rooms.
Mounting and Removing Your Poster
Please hang your poster during the coffee break on Wednesday, 20 May.
Poster placements will be clearly marked in the presentation rooms, and pins for mounting your poster will be provided on site.
Please remove your poster directly after the poster session.
Poster Session Schedule
The poster presentations will be organised as follows:
- Posters with an even poster number: 18:00–19:00
- Posters with an odd poster number: 19:00–20:00
Poster Awards
Prizes will be awarded for the best posters.
